Alignerr is seeking an experienced Clinical Study Manager for an AI training program. This fully remote, hourly contract role focuses on operational execution of multi-site studies, CRO coordination, and budget management while supporting AI-driven healthcare research initiatives.

You will manage timelines and deliverables, monitor budgets, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure quality study execution while maintaining flexibility to work asynchronously.

Qualifications

• Experienced clinical trial professional with strong project management, budgets, and timelines.
• Proven track record coordinating CROs, vendors, or research partners across multi-site studies.
• Detail-oriented, proactive communicator who keeps stakeholders informed.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote, self-directed environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage clinical trial timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure studies stay on track and on budget.
• Oversee study budgets, financial forecasting, and cost tracking across multiple vendors and research partners.
• Coordinate with CROs, clinical sites, and internal teams to ensure smooth, high-quality study execution.
• Identify operational risks early, resolve issues efficiently, and keep stakeholders aligned throughout the trial lifecycle.
• Apply your real-world clinical expertise to evaluate and improve AI-generated content related to clinical research workflows.
• Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule.
