Alignerr is seeking an experienced Clinical Study Manager (AI Training) to oversee operational execution of clinical trials in a fully remote, hourly contract role. You will manage timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships while coordinating with CROs and internal teams to ensure quality and compliance across multiple study streams.

Responsibilities

• Manage clinical trial timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure studies stay on track from start to finish.
• Oversee study budgets, financial forecasting, and cost tracking across multiple vendors and research partners.
• Coordinate with CROs, investigative sites, and internal teams to ensure smooth, compliant study operations.
• Identify operational risks early, resolve issues decisively, and keep all stakeholders aligned throughout the trial lifecycle.
• Apply clinical expertise to evaluate and improve AI-generated content related to clinical research workflows.
