Job summary

Alignerr is seeking a Clinical Study Manager to oversee operational execution of clinical trials and contribute to AI training in healthcare research. This fully remote, hourly contract role suits seasoned operations professionals who can manage timelines, vendors, and budgets across multi-site studies.

You will coordinate with CROs, investigative sites, and internal teams to drive high-quality study execution and apply clinical expertise to inform AI systems trained on real-world data.

Qualifications

• Experienced clinical trial manager with a track record of budgets, timelines, and vendor management.
• Ability to coordinate across CROs, sites, and cross-functional teams in complex environments.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to communicate clearly with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage timelines, milestones, and deliverables to keep studies on schedule.
• Forecast budgets and track expenditures across vendors and research partners.
