Job summary

Alignerr is seeking an experienced Clinical Study Manager to blend trial operations with AI training initiatives. You will oversee timelines, budgets, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver rigorous, real-world data for AI systems.

This fully remote hourly contract offers flexible hours (10–40 per week) and the chance to influence healthcare research at the intersection of clinical science and machine learning.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing clinical trials from start to finish.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and milestone tracking.
• Knowledge of regulatory expectations and study conduct requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee study timelines, milestones, and deliverables to keep trials on track.
• Manage study financials, including forecasting, budgeting, and vendor reconciliation.
• Coordinate with CROs, sites, and internal teams to ensure high-quality execution.
• Identify operational risks and proactively resolve issues.
• Apply clinical ops knowledge to AI training data workflows.
