Alignerr is seeking a Clinical Study Manager to guide AI training for healthcare research. This fully remote, hourly contract role focuses on keeping complex, multi-site studies on track and within budget while coordinating with CROs and internal teams.

You will bring deep clinical trial experience to bear on timelines, vendors, and AI-driven content workflows, ensuring accuracy and regulatory alignment in a flexible, asynchronous work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading clinical trial projects with budgets and milestones.
• Proven track record managing CROs or external research partners.
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation in remote settings.

Responsibilities

• Manage clinical trial timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure studies stay on track and meet quality standards.
• Oversee study budgets, financial forecasting, and cost tracking across multiple vendors and research partners.
• Coordinate with CROs, clinical sites, and internal teams to support smooth execution of trial operations.
• Identify operational risks early, resolve issues proactively, and keep all stakeholders aligned throughout the trial lifecycle.
• Apply your clinical expertise to evaluate and improve AI-generated content and workflows related to clinical research.
