Ladders is seeking a Clinical Strategy and Practice Lead (VSP) to shape clinical strategy and practice support in a remote US-based role. You will engage clinicians, drive recruitment and retention, and partner with executives to resolve complex clinical operational issues.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in clinical strategy or practice leadership.
• Proven track record in clinician recruitment and retention.

• Familiarity with healthcare compliance and continuing education requirements.
