Job summary

Humana Inc. (CenterWell Senior Primary Care) invites a Lead, Primary Care Strategy to partner with PCO and CenterWell leadership to shape strategic direction and translate strategy into measurable business results.

You will solve complex problems, perform financial modeling, develop insights, and prepare executive-ready recommendations for senior leaders. The role requires building cross-functional alignment and delivering impact across a diverse portfolio, with EST hours and remote flexibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, healthcare administration, or related field.
• 3+ years in a management consulting firm and/or 4+ years in a strategic role with increasing responsibility.
• Experience structuring and solving complex business problems using quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Experience conducting financial modeling, interpreting operational and financial data, and developing business cases.
• Experience translating strategy into actionable plans and driving cross-functional execution through influence and stakeholder management.
• Experience creating polished, executive-level presentations and deliverables; EST hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead problem-solving and analyses to support PCO priorities using financial models, qualitative insights, and market research.
• Summarize information into executive-ready presentations and recommendations for leadership and Board decisions.
• Lead evaluation of strategic opportunities, feasibility, risks, and implementation considerations.
• Own priority workstreams with workplans, milestones, interdependencies, and risk identification.
• Facilitate cross-functional engagement and decision-support across PCO for coordinated execution.
• Develop business cases, value analyses, KPI frameworks, and leadership updates.
