Job summary

You will solve complex problems, develop recommendations, and support executive decision-making with financial modeling, KPI frameworks, and executive-ready communications. EST hours apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, healthcare administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience with a management consulting firm and/or 4+ years in a strategic role requiring core consulting skills, with evidence of increasing responsibility.
• Experience structuring and solving complex business problems using quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Experience conducting financial modeling, interpreting operational and financial data, and developing business cases.
• Experience translating strategy into actionable plans and driving cross-functional execution through influence and stakeholder management.
• Experience creating polished, executive-level presentations and deliverables that communicate complex concepts with clarity.
• Can work EST hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead problem-solving analyses to support PCO priorities using financial modeling.
• Summarize insights into executive-ready presentations.
• Evaluate strategic opportunities for feasibility, risks, and implementation.
• Own priority workstreams with milestones and risk management.
• Coordinate cross-functional sessions and stakeholder alignment.
• Develop business cases, KPI frameworks, and leadership updates.
