Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking a Lead, Primary Care Strategy to partner with PCO and CenterWell leadership, shaping strategic direction and turning strategy into measurable results.

You will analyze complex problems, build business cases, and present recommendations to senior leaders, reporting to the Associate VP, PCO Strategy. You will lead structured analyses, drive cross-functional execution, and develop KPI frameworks while working EST hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, healthcare administration, or related field.
• 3+ years in a management consulting firm and/or 4+ years in a strategic role with rising responsibilities.
• Experience solving complex problems using quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Experience building financial models and interpreting data to support business cases.
• Ability to translate strategy into actionable plans and drive cross-functional execution.
• Experience delivering executive-level presentations clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead structured problem-solving and hypothesis-driven analyses using financial models and market research.
• Summarize complex information into executive-ready presentations for leadership and Board.
• Evaluate strategic opportunities, risks, and implementation considerations.
• Own priority workstreams with plans, milestones, and stakeholder alignment.
• Facilitate cross-functional sessions and decision-support to advance strategy.
• Develop business cases, KPI frameworks, and leadership updates.
