Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary resource for clinical support in surgical coverage, troubleshooting and in-service education.
• Educate customers on clinical usage of Abbott Vascular products through presentations and demos.
• Conduct clinical and library research and participate in case reviews with physicians and lab staff.
• Attend clinical procedures in hospital accounts to assure customer and patient success with Abbott Vascular products.
• Meet with physicians and hospital staff across locations to identify needs and discuss product benefits.
• Develop relationships with hospital personnel to identify key decision makers and expand contacts.
• Respond to customer needs and complaints by developing feasible solutions with cross-functional teams.
