Job summary

Medtronic in Miami, FL seeks a Clinical Specialist, Enabling Technologies to support Neurosurgery/Navigation/Robotic Assisted Surgery products. This field-based role requires reside within the territory, travel to accounts, and a valid driver's license.

You will train clinicians, install and upgrade systems, provide technical and clinical support, and maintain strong customer relationships while adhering to quality systems. U.S.

Qualifications

• Clinical, medical sales or medical imaging/navigation/robotics experience required.
• Strong communication and training skills preferred.
• Willingness to travel within territory and potential overnight travel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support NRCs for on-site installations with customers.
• Provide technical assistance during technology-enabled procedures.
• Maintain system hardware and software to maximize performance.
• Install software/hardware upgrades and perform preventative maintenance.
• Provide telephone clinical support to customers.
• Educate physicians and hospital staff on the technology.
• Travel within territory to attend meetings and trainings.
