Heart Rhythm Clinical Research Solutions is seeking a Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of clinical trials. You will act as the main liaison for sponsors, investigators, and stakeholders, ensuring trials progress on plan and meet regulatory standards.

The role requires 5+ years in clinical project management within CRO/biotech/pharma, strong communication, and solid PM software proficiency. Remote work with some travel may be needed across the United States.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in a life science or related field; master’s preferred or relevant experience considered.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical project management in CRO/biotech/pharma.
• Strong understanding of clinical trials planning, execution and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; capable of managing multiple projects.

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee all stages of clinical trials from planning to closeout.
• Ensure trials comply with protocol, SOPs, GCP, and regulatory requirements.
• Serve as primary sponsor/investigator liaison and provide timely project updates.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to meet project goals.
• Oversee data management ensuring data integrity.
