Peckham, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Services Operational Specialist (CSOS) to support operational workflows by accurately processing electronic records and resolving complex issues.

The position emphasizes prioritizing workloads, communicating research findings, and guiding peers as needed, across a remote, home-based setup in Kentucky. The CSOS collaborates with cross-functional teams, cross-trains across functions, and may participate in training, mentoring, and special projects.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be 18+ and a U.S. citizen.
• Proficient English communication for customer interactions.
• Ability to pass background checks for security clearance.

Responsabilités

• Process electronic records accurately and route to correct workflows.
• Research and resolve complex record/system issues.
• Communicate findings clearly to peers and leadership.
• Provide guidance based on research results to teammates.
• Monitor workload status and communicate updates to staff.
• Handle incoming/outgoing communications.
• Cross-train across multiple functions.
• Prioritize tasks based on business needs.
• Collaborate with team and leadership, including mentoring peers.
• Process live claims using computer systems as needed.
• Support peer training and special projects as required.
• Accept other duties as assigned.
