Maximus is seeking a Lead Coordinator - Clinical Review (LPN/RN) to support California workers’ compensation medical case reviews. This fully remote, non-bedside role leverages nursing experience to interpret medical records and prepare concise summaries for expert review.

You will join the CA IMR team, perform clinical documentation reviews, and ensure accuracy of clinical summaries while adhering to regulatory guidelines.

Qualifikationen

• Review medical documentation to determine sufficiency for clinical summaries.
• Produce clear, grammatically accurate summaries for expert review.
• Experience interpreting physician and progress notes.

• Review requested treatments for accurate entry
• Review expert specialty designation and escalate as needed
