Job summary
Maximus is seeking a Lead Coordinator - Clinical Review (LPN/RN) for our fully remote CA IMR team. You will review medical records, interpret clinical data, and prepare concise summaries for expert review, leveraging your nursing experience in a non-bedside capacity.
Responsibilities include ensuring sufficiency of documentation for summaries, reviewing treatments, and validating specialty designations while maintaining clear written communication and adherence to guidelines.
Qualifications
- Review medical documentation to support clinical summary creation.
- Produce clear, grammatically accurate summaries for expert review.
- Review treatments for accurate entry and escalation when needed.
Responsibilities
- Review medical documentation to ensure sufficiency for clinical summary template.
- Complete clinical summary template.
- Review requested treatments for accurate entry.
- Review expert specialty designation for accuracy; escalate as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
