Job summary
Maximus is seeking a Lead Coordinator - Clinical Review (LPN/RN) to join the CA IMR team support for workers’ compensation medical cases. This fully remote, non-bedside role focuses on reviewing medical records, extracting key clinical information, and preparing concise summaries for expert review.
The ideal candidate holds an LPN or RN license with at least 1 year of clinical experience and proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma and 2 years clinical experience required; Associates Degree preferred or equivalent combination of education or experience
- Current LPN or RN license valid in state of practice is required
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience required
Responsibilities
- Review medical documentation to ensure sufficiency to allow for completion of clinical summary template
- Complete clinical summary template
- Review requested treatments to ensure accurate entry
- Review expert specialty designation for accuracy; escalate case for any questions/concerns outside normal case processing
- Perform other duties as assigned
