Job summary

Maximus seeks a Lead Coordinator - Clinical Review (LPN/RN) to support workers’ compensation case reviews. This fully remote, non-bedside role leverages nursing experience to interpret medical records and prepare precise summaries for expert review.

Key duties include reviewing documentation, completing templates, validating treatments, and escalating issues as needed. Requires 2 years clinical experience and active RN/LPN license in the state of practice.

Qualifications

• LPN or RN licensed in the state of practice.
• Minimum 2 years clinical experience; 1 year preferred.
• Experience reviewing medical documentation for clinical summaries.

Responsibilities

• Review medical records to complete clinical summary templates.
• Ensure entries align with requested treatments and accuracy.
• Escalate questions outside normal case processing as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
