Job summary

Angel City VA is seeking a Clinical Research Support professional to assist with study start-ups, contracts and budgets, patient visit coordination, and ensuring a positive patient experience throughout study participation. The role will provide remote support to the Site Manager, aiming to improve efficiency and workflow using Google Workspace and Microsoft Tools.

The ideal candidate will be diligent, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently while ensuring tasks are completed

Qualifications

• Understanding of clinical research workflows and processes.
• Familiarity with IRB submissions and ICF documentation.
• Experience with budgets and contracts in a research setting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient visits and scheduling.
• Assist with IRB submissions and regulatory documentation (electronic source).
• Coordinate with vendors and facilities.
• Negotiate and follow up on budgets.
• Coordinate and track contracts.
• Manage ICF documentation.
• Support study start-up activities.
• Organize and maintain study documents.
• Follow up on outstanding tasks to ensure timely completion.
