Responsibilities

• Walk participants through study procedures and visit expectations.
• Support informed-consent processes and patient education initiatives.
• Deliver retention touchpoints and follow-ups across the study timeline.
• Answer participant questions and facilitate communication between patients and study teams.
• Book participant visits within protocol-defined windows and coordinate reminders.
• Assist with regulatory submissions and documentation in CTMS/EDC systems.
• Maintain electronic medical records and ensure chart-completion accuracy.
