Job summary

Pinnacle Fertility is seeking a Research Coordinator to support planning, coordination, and execution of clinical research across our fertility network. This remote, non-clinical role involves collaborating with physicians, clinical teams, sponsors, and participants to ensure studies run efficiently, ethically, and per regulations.

The ideal candidate will have a clinical or healthcare background, strong organizational skills, and experience with study protocols, data management, and IRB

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health science, biology, nursing, public health or related field preferred.
• Experience in clinical research, healthcare, fertility, or women's health is desirable.
• Experience coordinating clinical studies or working with research participants is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day activities for clinical studies from start to closeout.
• Support recruitment and enrollment per inclusion/exclusion criteria.
• Coordinate informed consent and enrollment per protocol and IRB requirements.
• Maintain regulatory documentation and study data in study systems.
• Monitor timelines and enrollment goals; escalate issues as needed.
• Collaborate with investigators, clinicians, and staff to coordinate activities.
• Provide on-site coordination at Pinnacle Fertility locations when required.
• Communicate with sponsors, CROs, IRBs, and vendors.
