Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Clinical Research Associate for Full-Service operations. This role supports remote monitoring with on-site visits, ensuring regulatory and protocol compliance and data integrity across trials. Strong GCP knowledge, communication, and travel willingness are essential.

The position includes collaboration with cross-functional teams, participation in Investigator Meetings, and ongoing training as part of a dynamic, patient-centered clinical development model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or RN in a related field.
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice/ICH Guidelines.
• Strong computer skills and ability to adapt to new technologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel up to 75%.
• US ONLY: deployment to sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Performs site qualification, initiation, interim monitoring, site management activities and close-out visits (on-site or remote).
• Verifies informed consent and protects subject confidentiality; assesses safety and data integrity.
• Conducts source data review and ensures data accuracy in CRFs; supports query resolution.
• Manages IP inventory and regulatory compliance for product handling.
• Maintains ISF/TMF accuracy and archiving per guidelines.
• Attends Investigator Meetings and sponsor reviews; supports audit readiness.
