Job summary

Syneos Health seeks a Clinical Research Associate - Full-Service to support global trials in a fully remote capacity. The role focuses on site qualification, monitoring visits, IP handling and ensuring GCP/ICH compliance across investigator sites.

The CRA will collaborate with project teams, manage site relationships, and travel up to 75% as needed. Strong communication, data integrity, and problem-solving skills are essential to drive study timelines and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or RN in a related field or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice/ICH Guidelines and other applicable regulatory requirements.
• Must demonstrate good computer skills and be able to embrace new technologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage required travel of up to 75% on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

• Performs site qualification, site initiation, interim monitoring, site management and close-out visits (on-site or remotely) ensuring regulatory and protocol compliance.
• Verifies informed consent processes and protects subject confidentiality; assesses safety and data integrity factors at sites.
• Reviews ISF for accuracy and timeliness; ensures archiving of essential documents per guidelines; supports recruitment and data tracking.
• May manage IP inventory, storage, and labeling per protocol; ensures proper handling and release/return of IP.
• Acts as liaison with study site personnel and participates in investigator meetings and sponsor meetings.
