Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Clinical Research Associate - Full-Service for remote work within the United States. The role emphasizes site qualification, initiation, monitoring, data integrity and compliance with ICH-GCP and local regulations, with up to 75% travel.

You will collaborate with site staff, manage documentation across ISF/TMF, support recruitment and engagement, and prepare for sponsor and Investigator meetings while upholding our quality and patient-centric standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or RN in a related field or equivalent
• GCP/ICH guidelines and regulatory requirements
• Good computer skills and ability to embrace new technologies
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to travel up to 75% regularly

Responsibilities

• Performs site qualification, initiation, monitoring, management and close-out visits per protocol.
• Verifies informed consent process and protects patient confidentiality.
• Reviews ISF and TMF; ensures audit readiness and data integrity.
• Manages site-level activities, timelines, and communication to meet project objectives.
• Presents at investigator meetings and supports sponsor meetings.
