Syneos Health is seeking a Clinical Research Associate for a Full-Service role. The position involves remote monitoring and site management across US sites, with significant travel as needed.

The CRA will ensure regulatory compliance, manage trial data, and support site teams through the study lifecycle. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or RN, familiarity with ICH-GCP, strong computer skills, and the ability to travel up to 75% of the time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or RN in a related field is required.
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and ICH guidelines or other applicable regulatory requirements.
• Strong computer skills and ability to adapt to new technologies are essential.

Responsibilities

• Performs site qualification, initiation, monitoring, management and close-out visits, on-site or remotely, ensuring regulatory and protocol compliance.
• Verifies informed consent obtaining/documentation and protects patient confidentiality.
• Reviews ISF and TMF for accuracy; supports recruitment, data tracking and query resolution within timelines.
• Manages IP inventory, labeling, storage and release as per protocol.
• Communicates with site staff and sponsors; trains site personnel and ensures audit readiness.
• Maintains knowledge of regulatory requirements and company SOPs; supports sponsor meetings and site training.
