Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Clinical Research Associate - Full-Service to support remote monitoring of site activities across the United States. You will conduct site qualification, initiation, interim monitoring, and close-out visits, ensuring compliance with ICH-GCP and study protocols.

You will collaborate with investigators and sponsor teams, manage data quality and site communications, and contribute to audit readiness and training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or RN in a related field or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice/ICH Guidelines and other applicable regulatory requirements.
• Must demonstrate good computer skills and be able to embrace new technologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage required travel of up to 75% on a regular basis.
• US ONLY: As part of your employment with Syneos Health, you may be deployed to Sites that require certain medical and other personal information to gain facility access.

Responsibilities

• Performs site qualification, initiation, interim monitoring, site management and close-out visits (on-site or remote) ensuring regulatory, ICH-GCP and/or GPP and protocol compliance.
• Verifies informed consent process and protects subject confidentiality; assesses safety and data integrity factors.
• Per CMP/SMP: assesses site processes; conducts source document review and verifies CRF data accuracy.
• Manages IP inventory, storage, labeling and release/return per protocol.
• Reviews Investigator Site File (ISF) and reconciles with TMF; ensures archiving per guidelines.
• Documents activities via letters, trip reports, logs; supports recruitment and data tracking.
