Job summary

Advocate Health in Illinois is seeking a Quality Abstraction and Registry Lead to manage a team responsible for clinical data synthesis, reporting, and parity with state and national standards. You will work with facility executives and service lines to translate clinical needs into analytics and drive enterprise-wide improvements.

Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, 3 years in quality/abstraction with at least 1 year supervisory experience is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in healthcare related field.
• Three (3) years of experience in quality, abstraction, registry with 1 year of supervisory experience leading a team.
• Knowledge of data management and reporting; familiarity with accreditation standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team to provide clinical synthesis, distribution, and analysis of data for quality projects.
• Collaborate with executives and service lines to translate needs into analytics plans.
• Oversee data collection, reporting, and compliance with state and national standards.
