Job summary

Pelago is expanding its Care Quality program and seeks a Care Quality Program Manager to lead clinical quality and accreditation readiness. You will run audits, co-lead the Quality and Safety Committee, and serve as clinical lead during surveys.

The role connects audit findings to policy changes and tools, collaborating with clinical managers, licensing, and product/ops teams. The role emphasizes high ownership, with the ability to shape the function as it grows, and is fully remote within the

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted clinical license in good standing.
• Experience running clinical audits or quality programs.
• Experience with accreditation or regulatory surveys (Joint Commission/CARF).
• Strong written communication for audit reports and policies.

Responsibilities

• Run the Quality and Safety Committee and track follow-through.
• Lead clinical readiness for Joint Commission accreditation and mock audits.
• Translate standards into practical guidance for clinical teams.
• Audit documentation and care interactions against Pelago standards.
• Deliver actionable reports with patterns and recommendations.
• Identify policy/process gaps and propose certified updates.
• Maintain knowledge of regulatory/compliance requirements.
