Amazon One Medical Senior Health Quality Improvement team is seeking a Clinical Quality Program Manager to lead quality improvement initiatives, enhance preventive care, and optimize disease management with data-driven insights.

The role partners with clinical, operational, and technology teams to advance evidence-based practices and value-based care transformation across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in healthcare, nursing, public health, health administration, science, or related field.
• 3+ years of healthcare quality, population health, clinical operations, disease management, or performance improvement experience.
• Knowledge of HEDIS quality measures.
• 6+ months of driving improvement of HEDIS quality measures experience.
• Knowledge of preventive care guidelines and healthcare performance metrics.
• Experience with clinical data analysis, reporting tools, and quality improvement methodologies.
• Knowledge of 1Life EMR system.

Responsabilités

• Lead and support clinical quality improvement initiatives across preventive care, screening compliance, and chronic disease management.
• Monitor and analyze quality metrics, clinical outcomes, utilization trends, and performance indicators.
• Identify gaps in care and develop actionable improvement strategies aligned with organizational priorities.
• Support value-based care and population health initiatives through evidence-based interventions.
• Collaborate with informatics and technology teams to enhance quality reporting and decision support.
