The role leads clinical quality and accreditation readiness across Pelago's care programs, runs clinical audits, and co-leads the Quality and Safety Committee. You will act as the clinical lead for Joint Commission accreditation while supporting a flexible remote work setup.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in clinical quality, compliance, or auditing.
• Active clinical license in good standing.
• Strong written communication and ability to work independently.
