HCSC Group is seeking a Clinical Practice Consultant to work remotely in the US. This field-based quality role partners with PCPs, Medical Directors, and clinic teams to drive improvements in HEDIS measures, care coordination, and provider engagement.

Qualifications

• RN/PA/NP with current, unrestricted license in the state of operations.
• 4 years’ experience in health insurance, managed care or medical group insurance.
• Knowledge of federal and accreditation standards and regulations for the health insurance industry.
• Experience in designing clinical programs.
• Experience conducting presentations for member and/or provider training.
• Ability to travel (overnight stays) and communicate across levels.
• PC skills and familiarity with spreadsheets and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with PCPs, Medical Directors, and clinic leadership to improve HEDIS measures.
• Develop models and programs, conduct readiness assessments.
• Lead joint operating committees and data submissions from providers.
• Retrieve key medical records throughout the year.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of the quality improvement program.
• Support care coordination, care management, and internal operations teams.
