Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience working with healthcare data (claims, registries, care gaps, or reports).
• Proficiency with Windows environment and MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Educates providers on clinical documentation and state metrics to drive quality improvement.
• Supports program deployment at the practice level through partnerships and trend analysis.
• Serves as SME for HEDIS/State measures and collaborates to design educational materials.
