Syneos Health is seeking a Project Specialist (Sponsor Dedicated/Remote) to provide project and operational support to the clinical team across studies. You will assist with coordination, documentation, and study duties in a fast-paced environment.

This entry-level role requires basic clinical research understanding and familiarity with Veeva Vault and CTMS. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage follow-up tasks, and help identify operational issues while maintaining

Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in Clinical Research, with a solid understanding of clinical trial processes and study operations.
• Experience working with: Veeva Vault; CTMS (Clinical Trial Management Systems)
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Experience coordinating meetings and managing follow-up activities.
• Adaptable and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
