Syneos Health is seeking a Project Specialist (Sponsor Dedicated/Remote) to provide project and operational support to the clinical team on multiple studies. This entry-level role offers exposure to clinical trial processes and cross-functional collaboration.

You will assist with coordination, documentation, and study activities, working in a dynamic environment with evolving priorities. This position supports a collaborative team across functions and sites.

Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in Clinical Research and understanding of trial processes.
• Experience with Veeva Vault and CTMS is preferred.
• Able to work independently and manage tasks.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Experience coordinating meetings and follow-ups.
• Adaptable to a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide project and operational support to the clinical team.
• Assist with clinical project coordination and administrative activities.
• Support study-related processes and documentation.
