Syneos Health is seeking a Project Specialist (Sponsor Dedicated/Remote) to provide project and operational support to the clinical team, assist with clinical project coordination, and help manage study-related processes in a fast-paced environment.

Entry-level candidates with knowledge of clinical trial processes and familiarity with Veeva Vault and CTMS are invited to apply; strong Excel skills, independence, and adaptability are valued. Salary range $40,900 to $79,900 plus benefits.

• Entry-level experience in Clinical Research or related field.
• Familiarity with study operations and trial processes.
• Ability to coordinate meetings and follow-up activities.
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
