Syneos Health is seeking an Experienced Clinical Project Manager for Inflammation, with Sponsor-Dedicated and Remote-US only, to lead end-to-end study execution from start-up through closeout.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines and risks, oversee CROs, and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements. This role offers high visibility within a fast-paced, globally connected clinical operations environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of clinical project management experience in clinical research.
• Experience running clinical trials from start-up through closeout.
• Experience with inflammation programs and CRO/vendor oversight.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end study execution from start-up through closeout.
• Manage day-to-day operations with minimal oversight.
• Own timelines, deliverables, risks, and issue resolution across workstreams.
• Partner cross-functionally to identify risks and drive solutions quickly.
• Oversee vendor performance and CRO oversight to ensure quality and timelines.
• Mentor junior team members and lead cross-functional meetings.
