Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking an Experienced Clinical Project Manager for Cell & Gene Therapy, sponsor-dedicated and remote in the United States. The role supports high-impact oncology and gene-modified trials, including CAR-T studies, with full-time commitment.

You will oversee early-phase trial execution, cross-functional coordination, and regulatory compliance while leveraging CRO resources and sponsor collaboration. Remote work is allowed with occasional in-person collaboration in Los Angeles.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of clinical trial experience, preferably in CRO, with oncology, rare disease, or gene-modified cell therapy trials.
• Prior involvement in CAR-T or other cell therapy studies is highly desirable.
• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy, or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as sponsor-facing PM for CAR-T and gene therapy trials from startup through closeout.
• Lead or support start-up, site activation, and enrollment with site monitors and regulatory teams.
• Serve as a key contact across CRO and sponsor teams, ensuring regular communications and governance updates.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to meet timelines and budgets on high-touch studies.
• Track protocol compliance, CAPAs, and site-level quality indicators; assist with audit findings.
• Ensure inspection readiness and TMF/documentation accuracy.
• Manage low-stability samples and IP-related processes with timely lab delivery.
