Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking an Experienced Clinical Project Manager I for sponsor-dedicated work focused on Cell & Gene Therapy, including CAR-T trials. This remote US-based role supports early-phase, high-impact oncology programs within a CRO-enabled environment, blending sponsor collaboration with CRO resources.

You will lead startup activities, coordinate regulatory and site activation, and manage cross-functional communications to ensure timelines, budgets, and governance are met.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of clinical trial experience, CRO exposure preferred.
• Experience with oncology, rare disease, or gene-modified cell therapies is desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Life Sciences or related field.

Responsibilities

• Act as sponsor-facing project manager for CAR-T and gene therapy trials from startup to closeout.
• Lead or support study start-up, site activation, and enrollment activities with site monitors and regulatory teams.
• Serve as the main communication point across CRO and sponsor teams, delivering regular KPI updates and governance reports.
• Coordinate timelines, budgets, and milestones with cross-functional stakeholders in complex studies.
• Monitor protocol compliance, CAPAs, and site quality indicators; assist with audit findings.
• Oversee TMF maintenance, data accuracy, and regulatory document completion to ensure inspection readiness.
• Assist with risk identification and mitigation to improve trial execution.
