Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Clinical Project Manager II - Oncology for a fully remote US-based role supporting global oncology trials across multiple indications and phases. The candidate should have 3+ years of hands-on Clinical Project Management experience, with strong collaboration with cross-functional teams and vendors.

This sponsor-dedicated position offers up to 25% travel, exposure to diverse oncology programs, and a pathway to delivering impactful therapies to patients worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific, healthcare, or related field is required.
• 3+ years of Clinical Project Management experience supporting global oncology trials.
• Experience managing studies across multiple countries and regions.
• Vendor management experience required.
• Strong understanding of clinical trial operations and study lifecycle management.
• Experience with phases I–IV oncology studies and ICH-GCP.

Responsibilities

• Lead global oncology trials and partner with cross-functional study teams.
• Manage day-to-day study startup, conduct, maintenance and closeout.
• Oversee timelines, risks, issues and deliverables for studies.
• Coordinate with external vendors, CROs, labs, imaging and specialty providers.
• Drive study planning, forecasting and operational strategy execution.
• Ensure study milestones, enrollment targets and database locks are met.
