Job summary

Kelly Science and Clinical FSP is seeking a remote Clinical Project Coordinator to support our Medical Device client. This full-time role offers comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401K and PTO.

You will assist with trial master file maintenance, CTMS, site communications, and coordination of IRB renewal and safety documentation. Prior clinical research and admin support experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor’s degree required.
• Clinical research experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Track essential documents and maintain the v-TMF.
• Support study staff and administrators in trial documentation.
• Manage CTMS usage and monitor study milestones.
• Coordinate safety documentation for committees as needed.
• Assist with site communications, mailings, and meeting schedules.
• Assist with IRB/IEC renewal compliance and audits.
