Job summary

Kelly Science and Clinical FSP is seeking a Clinical Study Assistant (CSA) for a long-term engagement with one of our Global Medical Device clients. This position is remote in eastern time zone. This role is a Kelly FSP employee position offering Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K and a variety of other benefits to choose from.

You will also be eligible for paid time off, including holiday, vacation, and sick/personal time.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
• Requires 1 year of administrative support experience.
• Clinical/medical background is a plus.
• Experience with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and track activities in CTMS with study teams.
• Create and distribute regulatory binders.
• Track essential trial documents and manage the Trial Master File.
• Support study staff and assist with safety documentation distribution.
• Generate system reports.
• Assist with study supplies creation and distribution.
• Assist with Medical Device tracking and ordering as needed.
• Monitor KPIs as defined in the QOP document.
