We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Clinical Franchise Project Coordinator to support a Clinical Research Franchise team. This individual will play a critical role in supporting clinical research operations by coordinating documentation, managing administrative processes, facilitating cross-functional communication, and ensuring the smooth execution of franchise activities. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career within clinical research. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, adaptable, collaborative, and committed to growing with the organization.
The successful candidate is someone who enjoys supporting a team, takes initiative, and embraces opportunities to learn new skills. Collaboration is essential, and everyone contributes wherever needed. This role is intentionally broad because priorities evolve with the needs of the business. We are looking for someone who is flexible, positive, and willing to step in and help beyond their defined responsibilities when needed. This position has consistently served as a developmental opportunity, with previous team members advancing into other positions with broader responsibilities. While career growth is encouraged, the team is seeking someone interested in making a meaningful, long-term contribution rather than viewing the role solely as a short-term stepping stone.
