Qualifications

Kelly Science and Clinical FSP is currently seeking a Clinical Franchise Project Coordinator in Irvine, CA with one of our clients. This person will join our Kelly FSP (Functional Service Provider) division, a managed solution provider and business unit of Kelly Services, Inc. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Clinical Franchise Project Coordinator to support a Clinical Research Franchise team. This individual will play a critical role in supporting clinical research operations by coordinating documentation, managing administrative processes, facilitating cross-functional communication, and ensuring the smooth execution of franchise activities. Key Responsibilities

• Provide documentation support for clinical project teams, including formatting, tracking, finalizing, and maintaining protocols, literature reviews, study documents, and other project-related materials.
• Coordinate administrative activities for the Clinical Research Franchise, including:
  • Training coordination
  • Records management
  • Contract requests and due diligence documentation
• Scheduling and supporting recurring team meetings
• Process and organize purchase orders and invoice requests through the accounts payable systems.
• Assemble, distribute, maintain, and archive critical study and project documentation.
• Provide support for internal systems and databases, including electronic filing systems, Clinical Trial Management Systems (CTMS), reporting tools, and other clinical research platforms.
• Coordinate logistics and scheduling for investigator meetings, advisory boards, and expert panel meetings.
• Collaborate with internal cross-functional partners and external vendors, including Contract Research Organizations (CROs), Core Laboratories, consultants, and other service providers to support clinical program objectives.
• Participate in study team meetings, project updates, and cross-functional discussions as appropriate.
• Contribute to departmental process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
• Communicate business issues, risks, opportunities, and project updates to leadership as appropriate.
• Provide additional project and operational support as needed to ensure team success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Experience supporting clinical research, healthcare, life sciences, pharmaceutical, or medical device environments preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation and record management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with CTMS, electronic document management systems, or other clinical systems is a plus.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
