Job summary

Syneos Health/ inVentiv Health Commercial LLC is seeking a Project Specialist (Sponsor Dedicated/Remote) to provide project and operational support to the clinical team and assist with coordination and documentation across studies. You will work with cross-functional stakeholders in a dynamic environment, coordinating meetings, managing follow-up, and ensuring study processes stay on track.

Entry-level clinical research experience and strong Excel skills are expected.

Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in Clinical Research, with a solid understanding of clinical trial processes and study operations.
• Experience working with Veeva Vault and CTMS (Clinical Trial Management Systems).
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Experience coordinating meetings and managing follow-up activities.
• Adaptable and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide project and operational support to the clinical team.

• Support study-related processes and documentation.
