Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or equivalent.
• Active, unrestricted pharmacy license.
• 5+ years of clinical experience in managed care/pharmacy field or equivalent.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects and teams.
• Strategic thinking and planning abilities.
• Ability to analyze complex data and make recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and manage clinical program strategies to improve Medicare members’ medication use and adherence.
• Lead clinical programs with independent judgment and minimal supervision.
• Collaborate across teams to facilitate and manage projects.
• Analyze data to drive recommendations and decisions for business needs.
