Qualifications

• PharmD or RPh from an accredited School of Pharmacy.
• Active, unrestricted pharmacy licensure.
• 5+ years of clinical experience in managed care or pharmacy field.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong cross-team facilitation and project management experience.
• Strategic planning and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Autonomously develops and implements clinical program strategies to improve Medicare member medication adherence and appropriate use.
