Qualifications

• PharmD or RPh from an accredited school.
• Active, unrestricted pharmacy licensure.
• 5+ years of clinical experience in managed care or pharmacy.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Thrives in fast-paced, multi-project environments with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and manage clinical program strategies to improve Medicare members’ medication adherence and appropriate use.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration and provide strategic guidance for clinical programs.
• Analyze complex data to inform decisions and recommendations.
