Job summary

Vori Health is a nationwide virtual-first musculoskeletal medical practice focused on evidence-based care. The Clinical Practice Manager will oversee Patient Support, clinician scheduling, onboarding, and cross-functional coordination to ensure a seamless patient journey and compliant, efficient operations.

The role collaborates with Clinical Operations, Patient Engagement, Product, Revenue Cycle Management, and partners to improve the patient experience and care delivery in a remote-first

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Telehealth experience.
• 2+ years as Medical Practice Manager/Operator or admin support to a clinical practice.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, office procedures, and patient care practices.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, OneDrive).
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Authorized to work in United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the Patient Support team.
• Establish expectations, workflows, service standards, and performance goals for the Patient Support team.
• Monitor team performance, workload, productivity, service levels, quality, and patient experience metrics.
• Ensure timely and effective resolution of patient questions and concerns.
• Provide guidance and escalation support for complex patient situations.
• Coordinate with internal and external partners to support continuity of care and efficient patient flow.
• Support patient scheduling and onboarding of new clinicians.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and ensure quality in patient interactions.
