UST is seeking a Healthcare Operations Director to lead the Compliance Modernization Platform, translating regulatory requirements into business and tech initiatives. You will oversee operations, governance, and collaboration across Compliance, Legal, Business, Product, and IT to ensure adoption and measurable outcomes.

The role emphasizes platform enhancements, data quality, and stakeholder alignment in a remote setting, with a focus on continuous improvement and executive visibility.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in Healthcare Operations with at least 5 years' experience in compliance.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive platform adoption and governance.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operations, governance, and performance of the Compliance Modernization Platform.
• Lead cross-functional teams to translate new regulatory requirements into actionable initiatives.
• Oversee regulatory intake, impact assessments, prioritization, and execution across functions.
• Drive platform growth, adoption, and continuous process improvement through standardized workflows.
• Manage releases, UAT, and production readiness for the platform.
• Establish KPIs, dashboards, and executive reporting on compliance and value.
• Partner with Compliance, Legal, Business, Product, and Tech leaders for alignment.
