Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD required.
• Active Pharmacist license in good standing.
• 3+ years in healthcare business analysis, product ownership, healthcare technology, or clinical operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead identification, definition, and prioritization of MedMonitor platform enhancements.
• Develop business cases and capability roadmaps aligned with growth.
• Evaluate current platform functionality to improve workflow automation, scalability, reporting, and UX.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define future-state platform capabilities.
• Translate business needs into user stories, flows, use cases, acceptance criteria and BRDs.
• Develop and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans.
• Support implementation, change management, and post-launch optimization.
