• Licensed pharmacist with 5+ years of clinical pharmacy experience.
• Familiarity with hospital pharmacy operations.

Responsabilidades

• Applies independent clinical judgment to evaluate medication-use practices and provides recommendations consistent with evidence-based practice and medication safety principles to drive adoption of the Optimizer platform.
• Assesses and responds to medication-related inquiries in real time, including scenarios that require interpretation of clinical context and operational considerations.
• Serves as the primary clinical resource for Optimizer clients during implementation and ongoing management.
• Effectively navigate client concerns and objections by leveraging clinical expertise, professional credibility, and a deep understanding of hospital pharmacy practice.
• Ability to oversee clients in a client manager capacity, owning day-to-day projects and tasks.
• Collaborates with internal product, engineering, and support teams.
