Job summary

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree from ACPE-accredited pharmacy school.
• Current Pennsylvania Pharmacist license in good standing.
• Proficient with pharmacy systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Review, verify, and dispense medication orders for safety and accuracy.
• Provide clinical services including medication therapy management and dosing.
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams to optimize regimens.
• Monitor outcomes and ensure regulatory compliance.
